Look who needs a home! 💙LOUIS ! 💙 Applications are OPEN!

We don’t have any background on this boy other than we had to save him from the pound, his pts was imminent 💔
& that we’re extremely glad we did because he’s fabulous! ♥️

⭐️ He’s ready for his people & to live his life!🌟

💬Lushious Louis is a cross breed staffy 🥰
💬 is looking for an Only dog home 🥴
💬We wouldn’t normally home with resident cats 🥴
💬Louis requires a home that will continue with his training & exercise,he pulls at 1st when excited to be out so lots of positive treat training will be useful until he calms 🥰 (this will likely be very different in a home!)
💬 He needs a high wall, he can be a strong boy 🥴
💬Loves to play & is a very happy boy🥰
💬Louis loves his food, which helps massively with positive training😍
💬He is already neutered ☺️
💬Several visits to the kennels will be required to build up a relationship of trust with him just like any rescue dog 🥰
💬He’s based S612SQ
💬 We have a blanket rule of not rehoming to homes with children under 8
( Unless there are special circumstances )

A special shout out for AZTEC today 🙏🏻
PLEASE SHARE his appeal to get him a home? 🙏🏻

Remember poor Aztec who was in the pound and his time was up?
He was out of ⏰ & his pts imminent….💔
We watched so carefully, praying another rescue would step in and just when we thought he was safe his space fell through, we HAD to step in to save this young boy…
Again our Army of Animal Angels rallied around this boy who was so extremely traumatised by it all to the point his travel cage upon rescue had to be placed in his EB kennel to allow him to venture out when he felt ready 💔

⭐️ But just look at him now 💙 He’s now ready to live his life!🌟

💬Amazing Aztec is a cross breed ( possibly a pointer Cross? ) 🥰
💬 Aztec is looking for an Only dog home 🥴
💬We wouldn’t normally home with resident cats or with children under 8…🥴
💬Aztec requires a home that will continue with his training & exercise his mind. He is a boy who can be nervous still on his walks, he pulls to start, so lots of positive reassurance will be needed until he trusts & calms 🥰
💬 He needs a high wall, he is a strong boy 🥴
💬Loves to play with toys, loves belly rubs & is a happy boy🥰
💬Aztec loves his food, which helps massively with positive training😍
💬Several visits to the kennels will be required to build up a relationship of trust with him just like any rescue dog 🥰

A VERY SPECIAL HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO SOME OF OUR FAVOURITE PEOPLE - SCRUFFY PUPPY RALLY KREW

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Scruffy Puppy Rally Krew who organised another rally this year raising an amazing £5,360 for Doris Banham Dog Rescue.

This will sadly be the last big rally but we are so grateful we will not be losing their support as they will still be doing fund raising events for us in the future after a very well earned break.

The enormous amount they have raised this year will fund 1,400 life saving kennel nights and we would like to thank them especially from the dogs who will now live because of them.

Their support over the years has not only over £16,000 it has also made our lives a little brighter as they are people who just make the world a better place not only for the dogs but for us too.
