MY NAME IS FRECKLES AND I AM CODE RED – PLEASE HELP ME
My beloved owner suddenly died and I was left all alone in this very frightening world with no-one to speak for me or protect me. No friends or family wanted me so the police took me to the pound and, although they say I am such a lovely boy, I am too old for them to rehome so they rang Doris Banham Dog Rescue to ask them to be my last chance.
Doris Banham are desperate to save me. Their rescue is unconditional and to them every life is precious and I would so love to go there and be precious again. But they are full and, to save me, they will have to move a dog into emergency boarding so I can go to the main kennels with their team as I need special care because of my age.
They have promised me when I am all sorted and mended they will find me a forever home where I am truly loved again which they have done for so many of my elderly furry friends. I am grieving so badly and so sad and lonely and I desperately need to find a special person again – please make me feel safe and help me to mend my broken shattered world.
An emergency boarding kennel costs £10 per night and I need a pot for my veterinary care so please help me to raise at least £1800 life saving funds and be part of my journey back to life again.
The pound want me to go to Doris Banham because they know they look after the older dogs so very well but without raising these funds Doris Banham cannot give me this wonderful lifeline because they are already at capacity financially and it would risk all the other dogs in their kennels to take me in without raising the funds they need.
So my back is against the wall and I am so very scared - this is my last vital chance so please help to make this miracle possible by donating to save me. 100% of the funds will be spent on saving me so please any amounts big or small could all add together to give me this last chance that I am praying for.
