Patch the seven year old Cocker Spaniel is a friendly boy and he gets on well with other dogs.
Patch had some health issues to get over and these were making him fearful and reactive. He had a bad tooth and grass seeds in his ear, but he’s been treated by the vet and is now feeling much happier.
In addition to this, Patch had a difficult experience at the groomers, leading to him becoming scared and panicky. Patch also used to be nervous and anxious around touch, after these previous negative experiences, but has now overcome this.
Those tricky times are behind Patch now and since entering our care, Patch has accessed a training programme that has supported him in regaining his confidence and trust in humans once again.
